Click to expand.that spot in your post you said about the high/low split engagment please check this cause we broke a gear inside one of our gearboxs cause it was out of adjustment. So start the truck have full air handbrake on ect turn truckoff and be in a quietish place and select high or low split and it has an inhibitor meaning it doesn't engage till you push the clutch in so.

Click to expand.next part how to adjust engagement of split to how far the clutch is pushed in you will see in attached photos the little cylinder with the 2 or 3 airlines theres a 12mm clamp and a little torx head bolt that torx head is the adjustment so loosen the 12mm bolt clamp and pull it out a little and screw the torx in for up the pedal and out for down the pedal only 1 turn at a time and tighten clamp and test to see engagement as mentioned before and make sure adjustment is within 10mm of floor this is best for gearbox and makes sure drivers push the pedal to the floor everytime.
