Change App Language Windows 10

How can I force Windows store to use English language? After clean installation from USB drive with English distribution of Windows 10 Pro I double check all language settings in control panel. They all set to EnglishEnglish US and even Home location is United States.I use my Microsoft account with Country/Region in Personal Info and billing account set to Russia for the installation. When installation process is complete and I login to desktop all seems fine and Store app language set to English. But after Windows update install few drivers and updates I reboot my PC and Store App, People, Mail and calendar etc. Language set to Russianeven 3rd party apps like Twitter and Shazam use Russian language without any option to change language. As far as I can tell Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1 have no such problem with same Microsoft account.P.S.: Don't get me wrong, I just prefer English language in all my software and this problem disturb me a bit. Please help guys:). This 'Fix' does not in fact work., Upgraded from 8.1, all settings set to use English, but all 'Metro' apps are still in Japanese. And yes, English is at the to of the list (Only thing in the list) and I have 'override' set etc.Looks like a complete re-partition re-install from an American.iso file is the only thing left to try.EditOk, My bad.

How

This did in fact work. I don't know how it happened (I probably just forgot) but Japanese was at the top after all.Switching English to the top fixed all the App Languages with one reboot.Now. How do I get Windows to let me use Microsoft IME as an Input choice while English is set to primary? I Still got some first world problems in my bag my friends!

Glad it helps!Unfortunately this settings is quite confusing.First you have this list of language list from screenshot above and it's just have no obvious relations with Windows Store language settings.Second there are one more way to change this settings to required condition with new interface by setting English as default language in 'Settings-Time & Language -Region & Language'.And third thing is 'Control panel-Clock, Language, and Region-Language-Advanced settings-Override for Windows display language'.This is just tooo much:D. I speak American English but I am on vacation in Spain and Skype doesn't work. I have downloaded the skype update three times but I get a message to 'download from the Windows app store'. When I do that, I get the option of downloading the language onlyin Erosi, apparently that is one of the Basque languages! I don't know because I can't read it and the site won't let me change the language. So I am stuck with Skype the doesn't work and yes, I am online and I know how to use Skype.
