Stalker Call Of Pripyat Sniper Rifles

30.01.2020

I can't decide. Can someone tell me what is the most fun and enjoyable class?I'd like to play as a Assaulter, because I'd like to be a big guy with big guns, but It's so frustrating that I have to eat all the time and he's slow.:dSniper is cool because it's easy to kill everything from a far and I love shotguns!! And, well Sniper has the best stats.:dRecon, well, I liked it the least from all three and I don't know much about it 'cept that it's the hardest class. So between Assaulter and Sniper, I'm leaning towards Sniper, but, I want to hear STALKER veterans opinions. Assaulter is fine once you have a stove. Then food is no problem at all.

The increased damage resistance almost makes the assaulter with exoskeleton suit (in Pripyat) invincible. I played as an assaulter for over 300 hours including tons of freeplay after the campaign finished.Nothing could kill me. Three chimeras at once: no problem. Two Monolith squads at once with reinforcements joining in halfway through a street fight, same.

The assaulter is tough, even in Misery.I am playing as recon now and I have resorted to the ghillie suit to enable an up close and personal advantage, because recon is a lot more vulnerable. Being high proficiency with closed breathing systems/suits and artifacts/drugs makes artifact hunting a lot easier too, as a recon, and it's a great way to make fast money.I rely a lot more on vinca tablets (to quickly stop bleeding) and military stim packs (to quickly recover health) playing as a recon than I did before as an assaulter.

Not getting so hungry makes stim packs a good first-aid option playing recon. When I played as an assulter I looted and carried everything for a while because I could but as a recon I have to be more selective and loot only what I need and other high-value items.I haven't played as a sniper yet but I'm looking forward to it. I think it is the easiest choice because you can engage enemies from so far away that they can't really respond.

But there's something to be said for causing chaos undetected.I think the best way to play is too try and use only weapons that your category is high proficency with, so I have never used a sniper rifle in the game. Unfortunately, I also think shotguns are necessary for mutants, especially bloodsuckers which are too fast to track with other ammo (although mine-laying is an option I have considered). And IEDs for chimeras. Originally posted by:Assaulter is fine once you have a stove. Then food is no problem at all. Well It depends on your playstyle.-Personally I recommend the Sniper cause I grown a custom on killing everyone with one well aimed shot from so far sometimes the Ai don't even recognize the situation and just go on with its business.

Easy to afford if you're not trigger happy and as soon as you get the saiga / svu combo with full upgrades you become a demigod. If u like big guns. Do I need to mention the godweapon of the game? It's so bad I regard it as a cheat. (if you play with hardcore Ai aim prepare for unfair shots even from a ak74u)Of course I wouldn't recommend it if I haven't made a full campaign with all classes with black road start.-If you what the big challenge than your friend gona be the Recon. Maximum profession and the ability to confuse the Ai is required to survive.

And you gona cry a lot because half the loot will be left on spot.-Assaulter is the jolly joker of fun since he have at least medium skill for every weapon. I Can't measure my playtime cause I mostly play offline, but in misery 2.1 I nearly tried every bullet spreader I could find. That hing is a fu.kin hulk if you acquire the exso skeleton. From a low tier bullet he can take so much I feel ashamed for being alive. But he is also the most costy.

Spread the ammo like candy, take every damage like a beast and when you go back to resupply and repair, hell goes loose in your wallet.(sorry for my grammar in advance). I chose Sniper because it gives you high proficiency with the battle rifles which are good for medium to long range and the shotgun for close range.

I never use carbines or SMGs so Sniper suits well and it also gives meduim proficiency for assault rifles (the AKM is legendary) so you can diversify a wee bit and use automatic fire reasonably well. You can still move relatively fast with decent stamina but you are forced to carry a lot less gear which kinda sucks when you want to carry every gun in the Zone:P. Cant remember about the exo stats but you only really get it towards the game end in pripyat.sniper has good shotgun and sniper rifle skills and possibly high skill with certain assault rifles. I think the sniper has decent stamina with a SSPM suit, but i find most of the time i am high on cocaine anyway especially if u are carrying loot.

If u get a dragunov or similar, u can one hit torso kill armored humans with AP ammo. Just remember at the merc station this means u can kill about 5 mercs in 5 seconds.recon has good pistol/smg/carbine skills so dont forget you have high skill with some assault rifle type guns (like LR300 or whatever it is).

I also think recon has highest stamina for a SSPM suit.i dont want to sound like a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ but i play misery with no crosshair on highest difficulty and it now seems a bit too easy. The important things to me are stamina, food, certain drugs and good weapons and maybe most of all good nightvision.SSPM suits to me are almost necessary because most parts of the game require goin into anomalous/rad areas. I found on my latest playthrough as assaulter i haad good body armor and an upgraded starting helmet (M40?) and i found myself getting irradiated heaps even from a random car or something. Also when i wanted to do anything near an anomalous area i had to go and switch to the SSPM suit which gives terrible stamina for assaulter (my first playthrough on misery was with assaulter and i ended up editing stamina stats i hated it so much cos i didnt understand the system yet)pretty much if u pick sniper class, get a spas shotty and a good sniper rifle, a SSPM suit and heaps of cocaine you will be set. No interface at all so I have to go to my inventory to check which ammo I have loaded, whether or not I'm bleeding or irradiated or hungry, and I must get a sense of my stamina from the sound of breathing. After you have played long enough staying alive becomes less challenging. I try to get through each whole day without dying (by surprise) and you should see the amazing accumulation of bodies around the map.I swear one time there were over 100 bodies of NPCs and mutants littering the city of Pripyat.Oftentimes it gets too much for the X-ray engine and the game crashes on me before I get back to base at night.

No Problem,2 chamieras running at you in an area without cover - that's another story especially without explosions.
